Well, it’s been forever since my last post! How boring to start another post with what a naughty blogger I am. I’ll go ahead and skip the guilt and get straight into all the Christmas-y fun we had. I can’t believe it’s almost over…Oh, and a warning…this one’s pretty picture heavy!
We started off with a rainbow…it was a double and incredibly colorful.
Added some santa dogs
A lovely tree

Lots of food, cooking and more dogs…(sorry to show you in your jammies, Mom. But, this is too cute : ) )
A pretty table for our Christmas dinner
Slaved over this with my sis (so delicious, we never got a photo of it – just completely devoured it)
Once the food was on the table, we enjoyed our family, food, games and so, so many laughs on Christmas day…
Then, the next thing I knew, all the guests were gone and Tom and I were alone again, but ready for more holiday fun. So, we went to the Picasso exhibit at SAM. Then enjoyed a lovely meal at the Georgian…
We had Tempura Morel Mushrooms
And Baby Beet Salad
Then, Morel Mushroom Ravioli
Yum, yum, yum! Even after all the cooking and eating we’ve been doing this season, I’m still ready for more. Not a big surprise for those of you who know me : ).
Tonight it’s New Year’s Eve and we are having Champagne cocktails, gougeres, oyster mushroom calamari, avocado citrus salad and home made ice cream with salted caramel and chocolate sauce – all snuggled up by the fire. What a great way to end 2010.
Happy New Year to you all! I hope your holidays were a delight! Until next year…
xo,
Erin

I just loved the Picasso exhibit! Wasn’t it wonderful!? Happy New Year Erin!
Yes, it was fantastic! So happy we went! Happy New Year to you too, Malerie!
