Tomatoes and a long weekend

Seattle Summer
It seems like the whole country is tired of summer and ready for the cool weather of fall and pumpkin spice lattes. Not me. That honestly makes me want to cry. Just some more warm sun, boat rides and swimming, please.

Blackberry Peach Cobbler
Oh my, this was good. It was gone in a flash. I was lucky to get this (not very impressive) photo before it was utterly devoured. I’ll definitely be making this again…and again. Get used to more food photos this month. Food seems to be where my camera is pointed lately.

I think spring has finally sprung. I’m going to be eating as much of this as I can before it’s all gone! Roasted with salt and pepper and olive oil is my favorite. But throw it in with some pasta, smoked mozzarella, basil and garlic and I will eat bowl after bowl…
